2000 Toyota Tundra Won T Start

The truck has been running great no problems at all.

2000 toyota tundra won t start. It turns over fine but wont fire. When I put the battery on the alarm went off and now it wont start. I had a full service done at 160000 kms and replaced the starter and had no problems since.

Problem is as follows. If you turn the key to the Start position but the engine wont crank. It cranks and continues cranking even when I let go of the key.
