2006 Toyota Tundra Frame Replacement

At 144000 miles Toyota has agreed to replace the frame on my Tundra. It has under 100k paid 12 for it. I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab 4door and the shop doing my service 9 7 2018 noticed severe rust on two spots of my frame about 18 in front of the rear tires on both sides.
