Toyota Tundra 5.7 Starter Location

Just like title stated I have a 2008 Tundra Limited 4x4 and looking to locate the starter relay. Starter Removal 07-13 57 Tundra. I also have ground on both sides of the 5 amp fuse in the under dash fuse box.

I am getting no voltage on the small solenoid wire to the starter.

Toyota tundra 5.7 starter location. I looked in the fuse box on the driver side and didnt see any diagram stating the starter relay. USGI MOLLE II Vehicle Panel MVP Brand New 2875. The starter would not turnover.
