Toyota Tundra Bed Rust Recall

I have noticed rust on many different places on the shocks on the framesuspension etc. This only applies to trucks with resin bumpers not chrome. I never received a recall letter for the frame from Toyota.

About a year ago Toyota rep took a look at my truck bed rust issue.
